  • Client Relationship Management – manage and nurture customer relationships, build new and maintain existing. Look for opportunities to grow, propose services, IT and business solutions.  Relationships established and nurtured at CTO, GTM (Group Technology Manager) and VP levels. Engage in conversations providing thought leadership for current requirements as well as strategic plans ahead
  • Outsourcing and Offshoring – Work with the VMO, Sourcing and IT and Business managers to identify opportunities and create roadmaps for outsourcing. This could be to near shore or offshore locations to leverage cost effective offshore solutions. Provide initial assessment and recommendations after thorough due diligence on projects / processes that can be outsourced. After approval for outsourced project, develop contracts, KPIs / Metrics for steady state governance and detailed transition plans for implementation. Oversee transition and training from current team to new team and obtain signoffs at planned milestones. Provide delivery management to the outsourced projects at steady state, implement best practices and implement a governance model.
  • Delivery and Issue management – Work with the respective delivery teams to ensure quality IT delivery to the customer as committed to. Ensure projects are planned aligned to the Bank’s strategic plan, direct creation of Business cases, project plans, budgets and resources for the projects.  First point of contact for escalations and issues for the customer team. Management of the escalation or issue until satisfactory resolution to customer and service provider.
  • Business development – manage opportunities end to end seeing them to closure. Identify opportunities, work with onsite and offshore delivery teams to prepare and make proposals to existing and new customers. Mine new opportunities, nourish existing engagements to ensure repeat business and look out for new Business areas. Provide Pre-sales support for proposals outside Account when needed.
  • Responsible for the Budgeting and Quarterly revenue targets working together with the Sales team.
  • Account plan – created and updated every quarter. Includes current year growth plan, opportunities, Issues, Competitor analysis and Action items.
  • Contract management - responsible for review and submission of all Contracts to be complaint to the Master Services Agreement and Customer standards. Includes MSA revisions, new Statements of Work and Amendments. Review adherence to standards of Service provider and customer contracts team. Work with Sourcing team and customer contracts team to mutually agree to contract clauses and lead towards closure.
  • Reporting - weekly, monthly, quarterly status reporting for the Engagement.
  • Invoice management – Ensure invoices are followed up for payments with customer finance team. Ensure Invoices are accurate, raised on time with internal finance team and delivery managers.  Responsible for collections within payment terms.
  • Info Security management – manage adherence to Info security department guidelines and standards. Created and maintained Security Management plan having guidelines for the ODC (Offshore development center). Responsible to certify employees on a monthly basis for accesses. Responsible for coordinating audit visits to the ODC, manage audit findings to see them to closure with mutual agreement. Created and maintained the Business Continuity Plan for the ODC. 
  • Obtain VOC (Voice of customer) using Customer Satisfaction Surveys.

  • Account Manager for one of the large Insurance client (part of Account Management team) from 2006 to 2007. Started Account with 5 Onsite and 2 offshore. Grew the Account 90+ (Onsite+Offfshore)

OPERA   Stands for Online Profitability and Exception Reporting Application. The infrastructure for asset servicing within the enterprise is centered on regional core processing systems that provide trade and position information for front office functions and processing and settlement information for back office functions.  Various operational systems interface with these core systems as well as external clearance and settlement systems, providing the functionality required to process and manage the asset servicing business.  To provide a single, standardized P&L architecture, capable of meeting all the requirements of the Product Control P&L process. Opera has been designated the global trades and positions data store for all front office, back office and single office systems.

3. Project Manager/Lead for Computer Sciences Corporations:  2004 - 2006


The CSC Portal comprises a complex set of dynamically created applications accessing large and somewhat complex databases. Testing its successful operation requires a thorough understanding of the CSC Portal operation as well as strong familiarity with web operations, databases, replication, network issues and general testing methodology. Regression testing occurs on the Test system and then on the Production system. Production regression testing is conducted on all nodes – US, UK, and AU Servers on both sides of the firewall will have to be tested.
