Temporary position working with the Maestro Care Ambulatory Team training front desk staff (Patient Service Associates), nursing staff and providers to use the new online personal medical records. Resolve and escalate issues to promote continuous improvement of system use and set up. Specializing in technical and supportive patient care activities to assist medical professional personnel in diagnostic, therapeutic and research procedures. This course also addresses how to use social networks and online tools such as virtual worlds (Second Life) to manage information, increase interaction and engagement.
