  • Led $750,000 Disaster Recovery (D.R.) project to save over $8 million/day for the NBC network in a disaster scenario.  Selected and directed 2 vendors based on RFP process, completing project $150,000 under budget and 60 days ahead of schedule
  • Managed $550,000 budget to replace aging Master Uplink Control System with a new software system that reduced On-Air defects by 95%.  Led testing, purchase, and deployment of Datapath software systems that controls the uplinks from NBC’s network distribution center, which transmits programming to over 200 NBC Network affiliates
  • Managed $400k budget to develop an automation system that controls the creation of new media assets.  Created lab prototype system to interface NBC Webscheduler with Rhozet Carbon Coder and Anystream Agility.  Project required supervision of 3 Project Engineers
